Our Facilities

Set on a 10-acre (40,000 m²) property, the site is built to withstand winds of up to 150 mph (250 km/h). It features an automatic roof system, top-tier electrical installations, a seeing monitor, and cloud and wind sensors.
We aim to provide a personalized service, where you’ll always have someone to talk to whenever you have a question or issue. The farm is cleaned and fumigated weekly — as are the telescopes. We perform regular visual inspections and check all screws, nuts, and bolts to ensure your setup is in optimal condition 24/7.

The more complete your setup is when you send it, the faster we’ll be able to install and get it running. If any part or cable is missing, we’ll contact you with a quote to complete your setup — you can choose whether to proceed that way or send us the missing pieces yourself. We’ll do everything possible to have your equipment ready as soon as we can.

Your billing month and payment cycle will only begin once you’re actually able to use your setup for the first time — not on the day you sign up. You won’t be charged for any nights while your setup isn’t installed.
Your monthly rate includes cleaning and collimation, even for Newtonian telescopes

You’ll have 24/7 support, ultra-high-speed internet (1 Gbps upload and download), 24-hour security, continuous seeing measurement, and constant cloud and wind monitoring.
You don’t need to worry about your equipment — in case of rain or strong winds, the observatory’s roof closes automatically with redundant safety systems.

A fully equipped workshop with tools, spare computers, cameras, filters, cables, and more is always available to solve any issue immediately. Backup generator and UPS systems, plus a floor crane for installing heavy setups, ensure everything runs smoothly.

We have grid electricity, well water, a septic system, an alarm, multiple surveillance cameras, and redundant internet connectivity. Redundant servers and networks.
